Why Consider a Mobile Home?
There are more than 22 million people living in approximately 10 million mobile homes in the United States. Not only is this a significant number of people, they have a surprisingly high level of satisfaction with their choice to live in a mobile home. According to two different studies 9 out of 10 mobile home owners are satisfied with their housing choice (Foremost Insurance Company reported 88% and National Family Opinion reported 93%).
Cost Savings
Buying a mobile home offers cost savings as they are considerably cheaper than on-site built homes, with a 15-40% lower cost per square foot. This affordability can make homeownership achievable and provides even greater savings when reselling.
Build Quality
Modern mobile homes have improved greatly, offering comparable features to site-built homes. Construction quality is often superior, thanks to factory construction in controlled environments using similar materials as site-built homes.
Endless Versatility
Mobile homes are primarily single-story, ranging from 500 to 2,000 square feet, with options for larger sizes. They come in various styles, floor plans, and offer amenities such as spacious layouts, vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets, brand name appliances, whirlpool tubs, fireplaces, and diverse siding options.
Higher Standards
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development established quality standards for mobile homes, covering design, construction, fire resistance, energy efficiency, durability, and systems like heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing. Inspectors ensure compliance during manufacturing.

What Our Residents Think About JRB
Mindy Rayman
It is a wonderful community, and very much so quiet. There is a park near by for children to play and for people who enjoy hiking can go to. There is also a playground up the street as well as a church right before you enter the park! The property manager keeps everything clean and managed efficiently. I wouldn’t want my home to be anywhere else!

Still a very quiet place. People mostly keep to themselves. I know the switched owners over there, and they no longer have any maintenance workers to speak of. But everyone keeps their mobile homes very nice and their grass cut. This place is really one of the nicer ones I've seen. That's why I give it 5 stars.
Beth Jessup
Quiet, clean mobile park, that's in a low crime area, yet close to Baltimore & many historic places. The management company representative was very friendly.
Brenda Collins
My husband and I moved here a year ago. We absolutely love it here. The management is helpful and easy to get to know. John the maintenance supervisor is spot on and always willing to help. The owners of the park provide movie nights at the tennis courts! The community pool is beautiful, well maintained and simply a pleasure to have! Colonial...we live you.
